Terms of Service

By accessing flex.fun, creating an account, entering a draw, buying a ticket, submitting a free entry, or using any related feature, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Official Rules, and any draw-specific rules displayed for a particular prize draw.

If draw-specific rules conflict with these Terms, the draw-specific rules control for that draw.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter from your jurisdiction, and not prohibited from using flex.fun under applicable law. Some draws may have stricter age, location, identity, or eligibility requirements.

flex.fun may restrict, suspend, or void entries from jurisdictions, users, wallets, or accounts that are prohibited, restricted, subject to sanctions, associated with abuse, or otherwise ineligible.

flex.fun runs prize draws with published rules and a free alternative method of entry. No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win. Paid and free entries are placed in the same drawing pool and each eligible entry has the same odds as any other eligible entry in that draw.

Entry periods, prize details, entry limits, free-entry instructions, winner selection, claim windows, refund treatment, and cause funding details are described in the Official Rules and any draw-specific disclosures.

You are responsible for your account, login methods, wallet access, and activity conducted through your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

flex.fun may use third-party providers for authentication, embedded wallets, payments, on-ramps, compliance checks, and prize delivery. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.

USDC and on-chain rails are used to process entries, refunds, settlements, and cause funding. flex.fun is not an exchange, broker, bank, custodian, investment adviser, or money manager. Entries are for prize-draw participation only and are not investments, deposits, securities, or yield products.

Some actions are recorded on public networks. Public on-chain records can be independently verified and may not be reversible or removable by flex.fun.

We may provide consumer-friendly proof pages and explorer links, but those records do not remove eligibility, compliance, tax, prize-claim, or legal requirements.

A draw may have a minimum funding target, technical requirements, or other conditions described before entry. If a draw does not proceed, refund treatment will follow the Official Rules, draw-specific terms, and the on-chain state for that draw.

Free or bonus entries do not create a cash refund right. Paid entries may be refundable only where the applicable rules and system state provide for a refund.

Potential winners may need to complete eligibility verification, identity checks, tax forms, affidavit and release documents, shipping information, and any other steps reasonably required to deliver a prize. Failure to complete required steps on time may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes and costs associated with accepting or using a prize, except costs the applicable rules expressly say flex.fun will cover.

Draw pages disclose the cause or public-good recipient, the funding destination, and the portion of eligible proceeds directed to that recipient. Do not assume that every dollar paid goes to the cause unless the applicable draw page expressly says so.

If a recipient cannot receive funds, if a draw is canceled, or if a transfer is restricted, flex.fun may redirect, hold, refund, or otherwise handle the funds as described in the applicable rules and required by law.

You may not:

• use bots, scripts, automation, or multi-accounting to abuse entry limits;
• submit false, misleading, or incomplete information;
• attempt to manipulate, disrupt, reverse, or exploit a draw;
• interfere with platform security, availability, or rate limits;
• use flex.fun for illegal, sanctioned, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
• violate another party's rights or applicable law.

We may reject, void, suspend, or remove entries, accounts, tickets, referrals, rewards, or prizes tied to prohibited conduct.

flex.fun is evolving and may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

flex.fun is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, flex.fun disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for losses caused by service outages, third parties, user error, network conditions, wallet compromise, tax treatment, prize use, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, flex.fun and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

These Terms and any disputes relating to flex.fun are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the applicable draw-specific rules state otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.
