Official Rules
These Official Rules apply to flex.fun prize draws unless a draw-specific rule says otherwise. Review the specific draw page before entering.

Sponsor
The sponsor is flex.fun, operated at flexfun.app, unless a draw-specific page identifies another sponsor or co-sponsor. Contact: hello@flexfun.app.
The sponsor is responsible for administering each draw according to these rules and any draw-specific rules.
Draw-specific rules
Each draw page may identify the prize, approximate retail value, cause recipient, entry period, draw time, entry limits, free-entry method, prize-claim deadline, eligibility limits, and any other material terms for that draw.
If there is a conflict between these general Official Rules and a draw-specific rule, the draw-specific rule controls for that draw.
Eligibility
Unless a draw-specific rule says otherwise, draws are open only to people who are at least 18 years old, are legal residents of eligible jurisdictions, and can lawfully enter and receive the prize.
Employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family or household members of flex.fun, prize suppliers, service providers involved in administering the draw, and cause recipients may be ineligible. Additional exclusions may apply for sanctions, restricted jurisdictions, prior abuse, or legal requirements.
How to enter
You may enter through the paid entry flow shown on the draw page or through the free alternative method of entry available at flexfun.app/free-entry. A paid entry and a free entry have the same weight in the drawing pool.
Entries must be complete, accurate, submitted during the entry period, and received before the draw closes. Entries generated by bots, scripts, abuse of aliases, multiple accounts, tampering, or other unfair methods may be voided.
Entry limits may be shown on the draw page or free-entry page. If a paid route allows multiple entries, flex.fun should provide a free route that is reasonably equivalent for eligible participants.
No purchase required
Paying money, donating, or using a paid entry method is not required to enter or win. Free entries are treated as eligible entries in the same drawing pool as paid entries.
Entry deadlines and eligibility requirements apply equally to paid and free entries unless a draw-specific rule clearly states a lawful difference.
Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the draw. Each eligible entry has the same chance as any other eligible entry in that draw.
Winner selection and proof
After a draw closes, flex.fun uses verifiable randomness and the final eligible entry pool to select a potential winner. The proof page for a completed draw may show the winning entry, winner identifier, settlement details, and links to public records.
A person is not an official winner until eligibility, compliance, and prize-claim requirements are completed. flex.fun may select an alternate winner if the potential winner is ineligible, fails to respond, fails verification, declines the prize, or violates these rules.
Prize details and substitution
Prize descriptions, values, conditions, and any cash or USDC components are shown on the draw page. Prize images may be illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
flex.fun may substitute a prize or prize component with a prize of equal or greater value, a cash or USDC equivalent, or another lawful alternative if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, cannot be delivered, or cannot be awarded as described.
Prize claim, verification, and taxes
Potential winners may be required to respond within the claim window, provide identity, age, residency, tax, sanctions, and eligibility information, and sign required affidavits, releases, and tax forms.
Winners are responsible for taxes and any costs not expressly covered by the draw-specific rules, including registration, insurance, shipping upgrades, travel, wallet, conversion, or professional advisory costs.
Cause funding and fees
Each draw page should disclose the cause or public-good recipient, funding destination, fee treatment, and the portion of eligible proceeds directed to the recipient. On-chain settlement may show the amount sent to the recipient after a completed draw.
If a draw does not meet its rules, cannot settle, is canceled, or the recipient cannot receive funds, funds may be refunded, redirected, held, or otherwise handled as described in the draw-specific rules and required by law.
Refunds and bonus entries
Paid entries may be refundable only if the applicable rules and system state provide for a refund. Free, bonus, promo, referral, or points entries have no cash value and do not create a refund right.
Publicity and winner list
Where allowed by law, accepting a prize may allow flex.fun to use the winner's name, city or region, likeness, statements, and prize details for publicity without additional compensation. A draw-specific rule may provide more detail.
To request a winner list for a completed draw, email hello@flexfun.app with the draw name.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with entries, free entries, winner verification, prize delivery, support, and compliance is handled under the Privacy Policy. Public on-chain records may remain visible outside flex.fun's control.
Tampering, cancellation, and errors
flex.fun may disqualify any person or entry involved in tampering, fraud, bots, abuse, technical attacks, ineligible participation, false information, or conduct that undermines the integrity of a draw.
If a draw is affected by bugs, network issues, unauthorized intervention, legal restrictions, prize unavailability, or other events outside normal operation, flex.fun may cancel, suspend, modify, refund, redraw, or settle the draw in a fair and lawful manner.
Release and limitation of liability
By entering, you release flex.fun, prize suppliers, cause recipients, service providers, and their respective representatives from claims arising from participation, prize acceptance, prize use, technical issues, third-party services, tax treatment, and events outside their reasonable control, except where prohibited by law.
Governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a draw-specific rule states otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.
