If you use an embedded or connected wallet, payment provider, on-ramp, or other third-party service, we may receive wallet addresses, payment status, compliance status, and related metadata needed to operate flex.fun.

Some draw activity is recorded on public networks. Public records can include wallet addresses, ticket ranges, draw state, prize settlement, and cause funding transfers. These records are public, independently readable, and may not be removable by flex.fun.

Do not use a wallet address for flex.fun if you do not want activity involving that address to be visible on public networks.

We use information to:

• create and secure accounts;
• process tickets, free entries, referrals, and notifications;
• select, verify, contact, and administer potential winners;
• deliver prizes and support tax, eligibility, and compliance checks;
• detect abuse, bots, sanctions risk, fraud, and security incidents;
• operate customer support and product analytics;
• send service messages and, if you opt in, marketing messages;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, including hosting, authentication, wallet, payment, on-ramp, analytics, email, customer support, fraud prevention, compliance, tax, prize fulfillment, and professional advisory providers.

We may share information with cause partners or prize fulfillment partners when needed to administer a draw or deliver a prize. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the platform, to enforce our terms, or as part of a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any required choices.

We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, understand product usage, prevent abuse, and improve flex.fun. Browser settings may let you block or delete some of these technologies, but parts of the service may not work without them.

We keep information for as long as needed to operate flex.fun, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms. Public on-chain records may remain available indefinitely outside our control.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can promise perfect security, so you should protect your login methods and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages. Service messages about entries, security, eligibility, prize administration, and account activity may still be sent.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. To make a request, contact hello@flexfun.app. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

flex.fun is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age required by the applicable draw rules if higher, to enter a draw. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

flex.fun is operated from the United States. If you use the service from another jurisdiction, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as flex.fun changes. The updated date above shows when the latest version took effect.
